We make use of handheld Lidar scanners to scan in progress developments. By conducting regular and periodic audits of a development, our technology is able to provide accurate progress data to help manage material supply, contractor claims, forward projections and stock control.

Fixed Asset Management Audit
Our Fixed Asset Management audits enable automated tracking and maintenance of an organisation's fixed assets and equipment. The fixed asset management system is integrated into the FLEX application, so when multiple audits are conducted over a period of time, our system is able to automatically updated and compare the asset list based off previous data captured.

Movable Asset Management Audit

Using captured data we have applied our Digital BOQ. This allows for real-time Financial Representation. What is the use of our measured data if we are unable to quantify the financial output to take corrective action.

Agricultural Assessments
Using UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) technology crop health assessments are conducted, using multispectral and thermal imaging, problems are detected in real-time so that you can rectify problematic areas, and increase crop yield. Multispectral images can be interpreted to indicate inefficiencies in irrigation and soil moisture content can be derived and corrective action can be taken.

Insurance
The Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technology integrated into the Flex Auditing and scanning application has the ability to empower the insurance industry with an automated interface whereby customers are able to load new items as well as log insurance claims all through the use of their camera phone. Insurance companies can also benefit from the automated claim assessments generated through the Flex application removing the potential for human error or misinformation.
